Most assessments take more than one trip. The roof is looked at on one day, a leak specialist comes back on another, a plumber comes back after that. Every return visit is another booking, another delay, and another gap in the file. We do it in one. Our team attends once and covers the building assessment, the roof audit, internal and external leak location, waterproofing testing and CCTV plumbing inspection in the same visit.
You receive a separate report for each service, so each one stands on its own and goes where it needs to go but you only book once, and the property is only disturbed once. Reports sync straight into your system through Prime Ecosystem, findings are written in plain language, and questions are answered the same business day.
