Building Assessment Reports

A Building Assessment Report establishes the cause and full extent of damage, and sets out a clear, defensible scope of works. Written the way insurers and loss adjusters expect to receive it, so your claim moves forward without the report being sent back.

Assessed against current codes, with compliance confirmed and any areas of concern identified. Our updated reports reference each item individually throughout, rather than collating them at the end, and accommodate up to 40 photos within the report, with all imagery synced for your reference.

Internal Leak Location

Covers leaks originating from showers, toilets, kitchens, laundries, and other internal areas of the property, helping to accurately identify the source of water ingress and prevent further damage.

External Leak Testing

Covers comprehensive balcony testing, external spray testing, and a range of specialised water penetration assessments to verify waterproofing performance, identify potential leaks, and ensure compliance with relevant building standards.

Camera inspection of stormwater, sewer, vent and similar systems. Defects are coded and graded against WSA 05, the Conduit Inspection Reporting Code of Australia, and located and marked on site, so findings stand up with insurers, councils and water authorities.
